Cookie notice
Last updated: 4 June 2026
Curly Idea Lda and its third-party partners use "cookies" and other tracking technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies"), including third-party Tracking Technologies, on DailyDishes's websites, dashboards, and related online services (collectively, "Online Properties"). These are used to enable, enhance, personalise, and analyse use of our services ("Services") and Online Properties.
This Cookie Notice describes the Tracking Technologies that we and our partners use, how we use them, and your choices. For more information about how we collect and use personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
The Tracking Technologies we use
We use the following types of Tracking Technologies for the purposes described in this Notice:
- Cookies are small text files placed on your browser when you visit a website. They may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by another domain). We use session cookies (expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (expire after a set period).
- Local storage refers to data stored in your browser by our sites or apps, functioning similarly to cookies (for example, to remember cookie consent).
- Pixel tags (also called beacons) are small code blocks that help us understand how pages are used when paired with analytics tools.
How we use Tracking Technologies
The table below describes categories of Tracking Technologies on our Online Properties, their purposes, and who places them. The list of third parties may change over time.
| Tracking Technology Category | Purposes | Placed by |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign you in to the restaurant dashboard, keep your session secure, remember language preferences, and protect against abuse. These are required for the Service to work. | DailyDishes (first party) |
| Functional | Remember your cookie consent choice so we do not ask again on every visit. | DailyDishes (first party, local storage key dd_cookie_consent) |
| Analytics | Understand how visitors use our marketing pages and funnels (page views, CTA clicks, onboarding steps). Helps us improve the product. | Google Analytics (G-5WXKLM5DYQ) — Google Privacy Policy; opt-out: Google Analytics Opt-out |
Data collected by third parties through their Tracking Technologies is subject to their privacy notices. Except for strictly necessary technologies, you can control our use of the categories above as described under Your choices.
Your choices
You can control how we use non-essential Tracking Technologies as follows:
A. Cookie banner
When you first visit our websites, you may see a cookie banner that explains our use of Tracking Technologies and lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining analytics cookies means we will not load Google Analytics on that browser.
B. Browser settings
Your browser may let you block or delete cookies. Follow the instructions in your browser's Help or Preferences menu. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.
C. Third-party opt-out links
For Google Analytics, you can use the browser add-on or industry tools such as www.youronlinechoices.eu (EU visitors).
D. Withdrawing consent
To change your choice after accepting, clear site data for dailydishes.app in your browser or contact us at [email protected] and we will explain how to reset analytics for your device.
